"Dr. Ross is a fantastic educator. Her authenticity is so refreshing in the world of social media yoga" - B.L.

"I did not have any injuries that led me to PT but as a very active 47 year old woman, I wanted to keep it that way. Ariel has worked with me to assess and address any imbalances and help strengthen any weaknesses. She always makes sure I understand why she is giving me any particular exercise, allows me to ask questions, and sends me a detailed follow up with examples of what I am to work on. The exercises she has given me are easy to work into my daily schedule and are effective. I started shaving time off of my runs within the first few weeks of seeing Ariel." H. F.
